When will I get my order?

Fulfillment usually takes 3–7 days, after which your order is shipped. Shipping times vary by location:
- USA: 3–4 business days
  - Appx. 6-11 days total from time of order.

Where will my order ship from?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Before contacting us, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us with your order number.
If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but shipping will be at your cost.

How are your products made?

We partner with a print-on-demand drop shipper. Depending on your location, your order is printed and shipped from the nearest facility for efficiency.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. For any questions about tracking or shipment, contact us.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

We’re sorry if your product arrived damaged. Contact us within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered for wrong or damaged items. If applicable, contact us and we will provide a link to upload photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we’ll take care of it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you’re unsure about sizing, check out our sizing charts in the product descriptions.
